Business Engagement Executive - City Centre - #2127043

We are looking for exceptional talent who is looking for a new role, within a fun modern company based within Birmingham City Centre. This role working with the business development team and is great for someone who is looking for someone ideally comfortable with communication and happy to engage with customers on all levels.

With this office-based hybrid role we are looking for a candidate who can engage confidently with customers, promoting and informing on a range of products within the business. You will be involved within the heart of the business, taking part in key campaign activities to increase participation.

The role also involves some outbound calls and using a range of different inventive meetings to approach new or existing business. The role also involves using the CRM system to update key points of information. You will be trained on how to handle objections and learn how best to proactively engage with customers.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to get into more of an account management, administration, or business development role.
