Hours of Work: full time

As an Admissions Officer, you will facilitate the admissions function for Navitas Europe, working for Birmingham City University College (BCUIC), and supporting the wider Admissions and Compliance teams. You’ll process international student applications through defined systems and processes, respond to enquiries in line with service level agreements, assess applications accurately against the latest admissions requirements, and keep agents, students and regional teams fully updated. Admissions Officer Duties:

  • Process international student applications using defined processes and systems
  • Respond to applications and enquiries in line with service level agreements
  • Assess applications accurately against current admissions requirements
  • Keep agents, students and regional teams updated with relevant developments
  • Support student interview administration: scheduling, recording and clear communication of outcomes
  • Build effective relationships with regional teams, College stakeholders, the University Partner and agents
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team targets

Admissions Officer Requirements:

  • Experience in a process-driven, customer-focused environment
  • Proven ability to organise your own workload and manage a variety of task demands
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A-Levels or equivalent
  • Confidence working with detail-heavy information and maintaining accuracy

Admissions Officer Benefits: Salary

  • Permanent role with stable, long-term career potential
  • Competitive salary (details to be confirmed)
  • Supportive team environment where your contribution is valued
  • Opportunity to develop your admissions and compliance experience
  • Be part of a mission that helps international students access higher education
