The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Family Paralegal to join our growing Family Law team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload covering both Private and Public Family Law matters while developing your career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors with Private and Public Family Law matters.
- Drafting legal documents, applications, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Preparing court bundles and hearing documents.
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, CAFCASS, and local authorities.
- Managing case files, deadlines, and client updates.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
About You
- Previous experience as a Family Paralegal.
- Experience in Private and/or Public Family Law.
- Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
