Temporary Administration Service Review Consultant / Project Lead - #2118200

Are you an experienced Project Lead, Service Review Consultant or Business Improvement Professional looking for your next exciting assignment?

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced professional to undertake a comprehensive review of administration services, helping to shape future ways of working and improve operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously delivered service reviews, organisational change projects or operational improvement programmes, ideally within the NHS, healthcare, public sector or another complex organisation.

The role will involve travelling between multiple sites across Birmingham, with the flexibility to work one day per week from home, so applicants must be happy to travel.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing current administrative processes, team structures and reporting lines.
• Analysing workloads, resource utilisation and operational performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication and enhance service delivery.
• Engaging with key stakeholders to understand current challenges and future requirements.
• Producing clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations.
• Developing a proposed future operating model, supported by a business case and implementation roadmap.

About You

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience delivering service reviews, operational reviews or organisational change projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing high-quality reports and presenting recommendations.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Ideally, experience within the NHS, healthcare, public sector or another complex organisation.
