IT Project Manager - On site - c£55,000

A growing business is undergoing a major upgrade of its core systems and is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to help drive this forward. This is a great opportunity for a driven project management professional to take ownership of key ERP and WMS implementation programmes while contributing to a wide range of business-wide transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, finance, HR and sales, helping to plan and deliver projects that support the business as it continues to grow. Travel across all sites will be required.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects, keeping them on track for time, cost and quality
• Keep an eye on progress and risks, stepping in early when things need course-correcting
• Maintain clear project documentation to keep everyone informed
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to keep projects moving in the right direction
• Report on resources, costs and performance to keep leadership in the loop
• Support change and risk management, raising issues where needed

Key Skills:

• Proven project management experience (minimum of 3 years)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Great communicator, comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels
• Confident working independently on tasks and smaller project phases
• Comfortable producing clear, professional documentation
• Good working knowledge of project management tools
• Strong client-facing manner, both on the phone and in person
