This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and talented music educator to join a thriving department within a high-achieving and supportive school community. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, fostering a love of music through engaging classroom teaching and wider co-curricular activities.
The Role- Teach Music across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students.
- Contribute to the school's rich musical life, including ensembles, concerts, productions and extracurricular activities.
- Support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes and developing their musical talents.
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated and ambitious Music Department.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Music at secondary level, including GCSE and ideally A-Level.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for music education.
- Has strong classroom management skills and high expectations of student achievement.
- Is committed to contributing to the wider life of the school.
