The role
You'll join a growing Private Client team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver a mix of compliance and advisory work. The role will see you managing your own portfolio of clients while supporting on more complex tax planning projects, giving you strong exposure to high-quality private client work.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of private client tax clients, ensuring compliance work is delivered accurately and on time
- Supporting and leading on advisory projects across income tax, CGT and IHT
- Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and reports
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaising with HMRC and other third parties on behalf of clients
- Supporting junior team members through mentoring and review of work
- Contributing to the development and growth of the private client offering
About you
- Strong experience in private client tax within practice
- Confident handling both compliance and advisory work
- Good technical knowledge across a range of personal tax matters
- Experience managing client relationships and deadlines
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
