Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to support a busy parts operation? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our Aftermarket team!
This is a varied role where you’ll assist with ordering and processing parts for engineers, depots, and contracts, while also supporting the Parts Advisor with sales and customer service. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer stock control for vans, site workshops, and contracts
- Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with parts identification and warranty/returns processing
- Support the team with customer orders, backorders, and special deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently
- Assist with audits and stock checks
- Operate within company guidelines and procedures
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Previous experience in workshop or parts control is desirable
- Knowledge of HGV, waste industry, or service centre environments is a bonus
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with the ability to stay focused under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
- Comfortable moving between office locations and occasionally entering/exiting vehicles
