What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the entire building. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing the Buzz: Handling a busy switchboard, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and coordinating meeting room schedules with fluid efficiency.
• Fueling the Atmosphere: Keeping the reception and client-facing areas looking pristine, vibrant, and organized.
• Ad-Hoc Team Support: Assisting with administrative tasks and internal events to keep our office culture thriving.
