Orca Process Solutions is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Digital Change Coordinator to support a range of digital change and improvement projects across multiple clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an administration, operations, coordination, or project support background who is looking to take the next step into digital change, transformation, and project-based work.
The role would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, coordinating actions, supporting documentation, and helping projects move forward behind the scenes. You do not need to be a technical IT specialist. This is a coordination-focused role supporting digital change activity, client workstreams, systems adoption, and improved ways of working.
The opportunity
You’ll be joining a modern, improvement-focused business that values innovation, practical problem-solving, and better ways of working. The role offers strong exposure to multiple clients, varied projects, and digital improvement initiatives, making it a valuable stepping stone for someone looking to build a career in digital transformation or change support.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support digital change activity across multiple client projects, helping to keep project work organised, accurate, and clearly documented. Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting digital change projects across a range of client workstreams
• Coordinating project documentation, actions, updates, and follow-ups
• Helping maintain project plans, trackers, and progress updates
• Supporting the creation of user guides, communications, and project materials
• Assisting with the adoption of new systems, platforms, tools, and ways of working
• Helping ensure multiple projects remain structured, organised, and moving forward
• Working closely with the Learning, Development & Innovation Lead to support delivery
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Organised, proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
• Digitally confident and willing to learn new tools and systems
• Strong at documentation, tracking, coordination, and follow-up
• Able to work in a structured way and keep information accurate
• Interested in digital change, process improvement, and transformation
Experience in administration, operations, project support, coordination, digital transformation, process improvement, or change support would be highly relevant.
You’ll ideally be comfortable using Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with project or task management tools such as Planner, Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar would also be useful, but full training and support can be provided where needed.
Formal project, change, or digital qualifications would be desirable, but they are not essential.
Why this role?
This is a fantastic stepping-stone opportunity for someone who wants to move into digital change and transformation while gaining hands-on experience across varied client projects.
You’ll benefit from:
• Exposure to multiple clients and digital improvement projects
• Professional part-time hours
• Hybrid working after probation
• A structured, supportive environment
• A role focused on coordination, organisation, and real project impact
• The opportunity to grow your experience in digital change and transformation
Important information
This is a self-employed role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own tax, National Insurance, pension arrangements, and any other self-employed obligations.
