Your Role as a Paraplanner

As a pivotal member of the advice team, you'll support Financial Advisers by crafting technically robust recommendations and ensuring every client receives a high-quality, compliant advice experience.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research across pensions, investments, protection, and estate/IHT planning

  • Draft bespoke suitability reports aligned to each client’s goals and financial circumstances

  • Analyse client portfolios and evaluate performance against risk profiles and benchmarks

  • Contribute to the development of sophisticated strategies for HNW clients

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, tax legislation, and regulatory changes

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior paraplanners and trainees

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

  • Strong technical grounding in investments, pensions, tax wrappers, and holistic financial planning

  • Exceptional report-writing, research, and analytical skills

  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance

  • A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a desire to continuously improve and grow
