Banking

• Perform reconciliations of key bank accounts accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate bank reconciliation differences where required.
• Work with the banking team to improve reconciliation processes and provide support to stores and other stakeholders.
• Provide cover and support for the Banking Supervisor as needed.

Rebates

• Chase and collect rebate income owed by suppliers in line with agreed terms.
• Investigate and resolve rebate reconciliation differences promptly and accurately.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable regarding debit notes and related queries.
• Support Enable reconciliations and supplier onboarding activities.
• Assist with raising invoices for promotions, rate cards, supplier portal charges, and one-off requests.

Other Responsibilities

• Complete deposit reconciliations and investigate variances on account 3920.
