Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Aston, Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support day-to-day operations within a factory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking in incoming stock accurately
• Receiving goods and ensuring documentation is correct
• Stock checking and maintaining inventory records
• Managing and tracking outstanding orders
• Supporting smooth operational flow across the department
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers where required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong computer skills, including confidence using internal systems
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar operations, logistics, or warehouse role is desirable
