I'm recruiting for an exciting Contracts Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing SaaS technology business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company where you'll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, working closely with commercial and sales teams to support business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs and customer agreements

• Managing contractual risk and governance

• Supporting customer negotiations and public sector tenders

• Partnering with commercial stakeholders to support deal success

• Contributing to process improvements and wider business growth initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Previous contract management experience within SaaS, software or technology

• Strong commercial contract negotiation skills

• Experience managing contracts throughout their full lifecycle

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
