The Role

You will sit within the analytics function, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to turn complex questions into clear, actionable insight. Your work will directly influence commercial performance, customer strategy, and product development.

• Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance
• Support growth and CRM initiatives through insight and data driven recommendations
• Partner with Product, Commercial, and Trading teams on key business questions
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured analytical frameworks
• Build dashboards, reports, and decision support analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities using data
• Support experimentation and performance measurement
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
• Contribute to improving analytical maturity and best practice across the business

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in a Senior Data Analyst or similar role
• Advanced SQL and strong analytical problem solving capability
• Proven experience working in high-transaction, customer-centric industries such as gambling, gaming, or retail.
• Experience analysing customer behaviour, retention, and lifecycle metrics
• Proven ability to structure analysis independently and deliver clear insight
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast paced, ambiguous environments
• A pragmatic, outcome focused approach with natural curiosity
