M&A Associate Director / Director - #2077294

A market-leading Corporate Finance advisory firm is seeking to appoint an experienced M&A Director or Associate Director to join its highly successful Birmingham team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, you will play a key role in originating and executing transactions while helping drive the continued expansion of the Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading M&A transactions from pitch through to completion
• Managing and developing client relationships across the Midlands market
• Supporting business development initiatives and originating new opportunities
• Overseeing financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction execution
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with Partners on strategic growth initiatives

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:

• Strong M&A / Corporate Finance experience gained within an accounting / advisory firm, investment bank, or boutique
• A proven track record of executing mid-market transactions
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing capability
• Experience managing multiple live processes simultaneously
• Ambition to play a significant role in a growing platform
