This is a genuinely hybrid role — 2 days in office/on site, rest remote. If you're based anywhere in the UK and willing to travel to Birmingham periodically, this is worth a conversation.

The role:

• Commercial management across live infrastructure and construction schemes.
• NEC/JCT contract administration.
• Client-facing with real ownership from day one.
