Delivery Manager – Digital Products

Birmingham (Hybrid) | Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're working with one of the UK's largest food service and hospitality technology businesses - a company actively modernising its digital product stack with a sharp focus on quality, resilience, and real-world delivery. Think software and hardware, consumer-facing platforms, AI-powered integrations, and a new CTO with serious ambition.

The Digital Product team is growing, and they need someone who doesn't just manage timelines - they need someone who gets stuff out the door and unlocks the value once it lands.

What we're after:

Proven background as a Delivery Manager, Senior PM in a digital/tech environment

Comfortable across both agile and governance-heavy release cycles

Technically credible - APIs, microservices, release tooling - without being a developer

Some exposure to hardware-alongside-software delivery (a real differentiator)

Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering and business

Someone who'll move the team forward, not just work with what's there

This is a role where you'll own the full delivery lifecycle - from early concept through to live production - across a suite of digital products that serve thousands of customers daily. You'll be coordinating a virtual team across product, engineering, QA and deployment, managing third-party integrations, and helping the business move from "get it out" to "get it right."

The biggest challenge? Bridging the gap between great development work and genuine business value. If you've seen that gap before and know how to close it, you're already ahead of the field.
