M&E Quantity Surveyor - #2073135

Salary: £50,000-£65,000 (DOE)

We're looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across a range of Birmingham projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in cost management who's ready to take ownership of key commercial duties and progress within a high-performing environment.

• Cost reporting - Prepare detailed cost plans, forecasts, and financial updates.

• Measurement & BOQs - Produce accurate quantities and tender documentation.

• Procurement - Assess subcontractor quotations and lead tender analyses.

• Valuations & variations - Manage monthly valuations, change control, and variation assessments.

• Contract administration - Oversee NEC/JCT documentation and ensure commercial compliance.

• Stakeholder coordination - Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support smooth project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with M&E exposure.

• Strong understanding of building services and commercial processes.

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Proactive, organised, and confident managing commercial responsibilities.

• Competitive salary £50k-£65k depending on experience.
