Are you a commercially savvy finance professional ready to influence strategic decisions in one of the UK’s largest pub companies? Stonegate Group is on the lookout for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our Managed Operations leadership team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with senior operations leaders, acting as a trusted financial advisor
• Delivering robust financial analysis to inform business strategy and performance
• Leading elements of the annual budget and reforecasting process
• Building and improving a best-in-class reporting suite, working closely with BI and operations
• Tracking site and area performance – with a focus on sales, labour and controllable costs
• Evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives, supporting growth and ROI delivery
• Collaborating cross-functionally – especially with Commercial Planning and Group FP&A
• Supporting the Senior Finance Manager and MD with strategic projects and performance insight
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or similar) or equivalent commercial finance experience
• Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner, ideally in hospitality or F&B
• Expert-level skills in financial modelling, planning, and reporting
• Commercial mindset – you're not just about numbers, you're about what they mean
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Agile, analytical and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team. We have free onsite secure parking with EV charging and cycle storage, a subsidised canteen serving breakfast and lunch, as well as an onsite pub used for social events. The offices are fully accessible.
