What Youll Do

As a BIM Technician, you'll work alongside experienced project managers and coordinators. Your day-to-day will include:

2D and 3D CAD drawings for construction and fabrication projects

• Set up drawings based on project specifications and standards
  
  

Mark up drawings for revisions, updates, or redlines as per site changes or engineer feedback

Produce detailed paper space layouts for accurate plotting and presentation

Develop accurate as-built drawings to reflect final onsite conditions

Generate spooling drawings for prefabrication and modular installation

Perform drawing modifications and updates to maintain project accuracy and compliance

Youre a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience or working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC
• An understanding of MEP systems (ductwork, pipework, electrical)
• A sharp eye for detail and technical accuracy
• A willingness to grow within a team and take on new challenges
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping

• Fluent in English
