Our Recruitment team are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join them.

Our global recruitment team are highly respected within their areas, partnering closely with the business across a range of sourcing methods and skillsets. Not only that, but it’s also a collaborative team who pride themselves on providing an excellent candidate experience and journey. Our Assistants are pivotal to this success, allowing up to seamlessly move from stage to stage in the process.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Timely scheduling of multiple interviews across a variety of sectors, liaising with candidates and stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Work closely with our recruiters to ensure the recruitment system is updated accurately, and in line with all relevant regulations
  • With the support of the Recruiters you will contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process
  • With the support of your peers you will be managing the maintenance of our shared Recruitment mailbox, and escalating the relevant queries where necessary
  • Ensure that compliance and data integrity standards are met, ensuring that all information relating to personal information, interview and offer processes, is treated in a safe, appropriate and timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews

Your Skills And Experience

  • Ideally you will have experience working in an administrative function either within HR or recruitment.
  • You will have a good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • You will be a team player, comfortable collaborating within the team and the wider business.
