Female Support Worker Full Time Permanent
£12.31 per hour in Kings Heath 40 hours per week
Day Shifts 7:30am-3pm,2:30pm-10pm & 7:30am-10pm. mix of long days and half days, candidates must be fully flexible.
Essential: At least 12 months experience with Autism and Challenging Behaviour. This is a challenging service and we are seeking candidates who have experience with behaviours that may be described as challenging.

Support Worker Duties

Any successful candidates will be required to undergo a enhanced DBS check.

- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
