Senior Design Manager - Our client, a leading privately-owned construction contractor are recruiting a Senior Design Manager to join their growing team based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on prestigious design and build projects across multiple sectors throughout the region.

Salary & Package

• Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities & Duties

• Review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers
• Coordinate changes with the Design team to ensure best value
• Lead design team meetings and coordinate build process
• Liaise with client and consultant throughout the project
