The Rooms Revenue Manager will lead the sales strategy for two busy hotels in Coventry, focusing on the proactive and reactive meeting and events sales function
Key duties include managing and converting client enquiries for various events, developing pricing strategies, forecasting business trends, and optimizing conversion rates
The role involves building strong relationships with internal teams, coaching and mentoring sales coordinators, and streamlining workflows to enhance performance
Requirements include proven success in hotel sales management, a hands-on approach, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commercial mindset
Experience Managing Multiple Properties Is Preferred
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available.
