- Greet visitors, parents, students and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and manage the school's communication system.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Manage the school's front desk, including handling inquiries and providing information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
- Maintain and update student and staff attendance records.
- Coordinate with school administration regarding appointments, deliveries and other logistics.
- Support school events and activities as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure safety and confidentiality.
- Must have previous experience working in schools.
- Experience using SCHOOL BASED SYSTEMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of school management software or database systems.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Problem-solving skills and patience.
