Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards and production deadlines
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of machining principles
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls
- Apprenticeship or vocational training in engineering or machining
