We are working with a Birmingham-based Transport and Haulage organisation who are seeking a Transport Coordinator to join their Transport team.
Duties Of The Transport Coordinator Will Include

- Controlling collections functions of up to 30 vehicles.
- Answer incoming queries via telephone, email and internal messaging systems.
- Striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with multiple departments, such as the warehouse, customer service team and drivers.
- Updating systems.
- Monitoring driver performance.
