Top Accountabilities
- Welcome customers warmly, creating a memorable first impression.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored product recommendations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through personalized follow-ups.
- Achieve individual sales targets while actively contributing to team objectives.
- Implement strategic selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Participate in planning and executing promotional activities and events designed to enhance store visibility and drive traffic.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products within the concession, including new arrivals and exclusive offerings.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay informed about brand developments and become a true ambassador of our luxury products.
- Communicate product benefits effectively, aligning them with customer desires.
- Assist in maintaining high visual merchandising standards that reflect the luxury nature of our brand.
- Support inventory management processes by conducting regular stock checks, ensuring accurate replenishment, and organizing displays meticulously.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the concession.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally, turning challenges into opportuni ties for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strive consistently to exceed customer expectations through proactive service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive working environment that encourages growth and development.
- Share insights on consumer trends and feedback with management to inform strategic decision
- Proven experience in retail or luxury sales environments is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage effectively across diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail in operational tasks
