Production Team Leader required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of electrical lighting products based in the Highgate, Birmingham area. Due to continued success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Production Supervisor to join the team
Production Team Leader Job Overview Managing and supporting the team of electrical assembly and production staff
Ensuring quality standards are met and products are produced on schedule to the agreed delivery date
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
Managing the stock level, inventory and goods-in & out processes
Operating a counterbalance forklift within the stores room
Assisting with the assembly and production of products during peak times
Production Team Leader Job Requirements Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
Based in a commutable distance of Highgate, Birmingham
Understanding of ISO9001
Experienced within a manufacturing environment, electronics experience with PCB / SMT's is desirable
Experience with an MRP system is desirable
Production Team Leader Salary & Benefits Starting salary £26,000 - £30,000 based on experience
Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00. Friday 07:30 - 13:30. 38-hour week, permanent position
