A leading Legal 500 firm in the West Midlands is looking for experienced Corporate Solicitor 4+ years PQE.
Typical matters will include:
- Merges, acquisitions and disposals
- Due diligence and disclosure
- Shareholder agreements
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Have strong corporate experience 4+ PQE
- Work well with experienced professionals within a team
- Excellent academic background
Salary is dependent on experience ranging from 45-65k.
