Administrator/Engagement Officer - #1771056

We are seeking on behalf of our client a dynamic and organised Administrator and Engagement Officer to support and engage young adults aged 16-24. This role combines administrative excellence with the ability to build strong relationships, creating opportunities for young people to thrive. An enhanced DBS for Children & Adults is required for this role

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including assistance with application forms and record keeping

Act as a first point of contact for young people, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment

Engage with young adults to understand their goals, challenges, and aspirations, signposting appropriate resources or opportunities

Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience working with young adults or a similar demographic

Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire
