With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio specialise in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, working with major clients.

Key Responsibilities for this Delivery Architect role:

• Develop and present design concepts for a range of projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices.

Qualifications required for this Delivery Architect role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
