Senior Residential Property Director - Strategic Leadership Role


Location: West Midlands


Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

This role is perfectly suited to a current Partner, Senior Associate, or Legal Director ready to embrace a key leadership position within a respected and forward-thinking legal practice.


This is not just a fee-earning position - it is a pivotal leadership role. You will take the helm of a successful residential property team, guiding its continued growth and operational success. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and commercial insight with a strong track record in team leadership and performance management.


You will:



  • Lead and inspire a team of conveyancers and junior lawyers, providing ongoing mentorship and supervision

  • Drive the team's strategic development, focusing on operational efficiency and service excellence

  • Play a central role in business planning, recruitment, and business development initiatives

  • Take full ownership of team performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:



  • SRA, CLC or CILEX qualification

  • Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
