Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and exceptional service.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus for both fine dining hospitality events and the staff restaurant.
- Inspire, train, and lead a talented team of chefs and kitchen professionals.
- Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
- Efficiently manage food costs and kitchen budgets to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Keep menus fresh and innovative by staying up-to-date with culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary position, ideally in fine dining or premium corporate hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Exceptional culinary skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Confidence in managing budgets and controlling food costs to maximize efficiency.
