This position offers a flexible workload divided among key areas of content creation, marketing research and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, marketing, social media management, and communications, with a focus on the marketing and content production industry. 

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing and updating 1830 Crew’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner. 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and develop your ideas for reels.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the Content Lead to develop compelling written and visual materials and presentations.
• Assist in creating graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media and branding purposes.
• Write and edit copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Market Research:

• Write informative and engaging blog posts that align with our marketing goals.
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Research and write detailed case studies highlighting our success stories.
• Gather and analyse data to support the brand case studies.
• Work with the wider team to collect necessary information and insights.
