Gleeds infrastructure has an exciting opportunity, supporting a major infrastructure program. We are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveying and Cost Management professional, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment


About this opportunity:

  • Delivering high quality cost management services
  • Cost Planning and Estimating
  • Overall Cost Verification assurance
  • Assessment and reporting on the effectiveness of commercial and financial controls
  • Preparation of clear cost reports and assurance statements
  • Independent evaluation of contract compliance, including the review of change orders and variations
  • Contract Change Control
  • Attending / leading Commercial / Contract meetings
  • Comply with Quality Management Systems, processes and procedures.


About The Candidate

  • What we are looking for in our next team member:
  • Proven background in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
  • Experience working on major UK Infrastructure Projects.
  • Proven background in cost verification and assurance on major infrastructure projects
  • Experience of NEC3/4 contracts.
  • Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar / relevant discipline.
  • A passion for infrastructure, sustainability and delivering great work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with colleagues and clients.
