Small Works Project Manager – Fire Systems

We’re looking for a Small Works Project Manager to oversee fire protection system installs and remedial works (typically under £50k). You'll manage projects from survey to sign-off, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to industry standards.

We’re looking for a Small Works Project Manager to oversee fire protection system installs and remedial works (typically under £50k). You'll manage projects from survey to sign-off, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver small-scale fire system projects.
- Survey sites, prepare quotes, and define scopes of work.
- Schedule labour and materials.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations (e.g. BS 5839).
- Maintain records, manage variations, and carry out quality checks.
- Resolve technical/site issues promptly.
- Experience in fire system installation or project management.
- Strong knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
- Able to manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and relevant certifications (e.g. FIA, ECS).
