Human Factors Consultant Location(s): Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Derby, London, Manchester or Silchester Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum We are currently recruiting a Human Factors Consultant for a leading global consultancy firm. If you have a background in human factors and a passion for enhancing safety and performance in high-hazard industries, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. About the Role As a Human Factors Consultant, you will be involved in delivering human factors expertise across various sectors, including Defence, Nuclear, and Transportation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting human factors assessments to support safety cases and engineering programmes
• Providing human factors integration into multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintaining client relationships and supporting business development activities
• Contributing to innovation and knowledge sharing within the human factors community

What We're Looking For

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Factors, Applied Psychology, or similar
• Experience in delivering human factors projects, particularly in high-hazard industries
• Knowledge of human reliability assessment methods and techniques
• Familiarity with relevant human factors standards and guidelines
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills
• CIEHF Registered Member status or equivalent, or working towards chartership
