You’ll be working with:

• Elderly individuals, including those living with dementia

• Adults with learning disabilities and Mental Health Issues

Your Role:As a waking night carer, you will remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients. Duties include:

• Monitoring and attending to care needs

• Providing reassurance and emotional support

• Supporting with mobility and personal care

• Accurately recording observations and incidents

What We’re Looking For: Previous care experience A compassionate and patient nature Reliability and a strong work ethic The ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work nights on a rota basis
