We are seeking a forward-thinking innovator capable of transforming our business approach. We need someone who can fuel our ambitious plans for the future with their expertise in digital technology and drive further growth through new and innovative ideas.

As the Digital Transformation Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of identifying and delivering pivotal business transformation projects using your project management skills. We require an individual with a knack for technology, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong drive to modernise processes and software, optimise workflows, and boost profitability.

In this role, you'll be entrusted with overseeing projects throughout the firm, ensuring that delivery is upheld by a professional approach to project and change management. Your responsibility will be to ensure that activities are completed on time, meet agreed quality standards, and stay within budget.

The Important Work You Will Be Doing

  • Work with our teams to identify and scope project requirements
  • Implement digital projects to help us achieve our business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality standards are met
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Maximise adaption and usage of required changes
  • Develop support documentation
  • Identify user training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
