Estimator - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for an Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to play a pivotal role in securing and shaping future projects major design and build projects across the West Midlands.

Requirements:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar estimating role.- Proven track record of pricing D&B and traditional build projects.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Conquest, Causeway, or similar).

Key Duties:- Lead the preparation of tenders, cost plans, and budgets.- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.- Work collaboratively with the design, planning, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of cost and programme.

Salary & Package:- Great basic salary of £50,000 - £70,000- Company car allowance (£6,500) - Performance related bonus - Pension & Healthcare

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as an Estimator tendering projects ranging from £10m and above.
