Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a confident and capable Conveyancing Paralegal to join there busy property team.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised paralegal with at least 1 year of solid experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of residential property files


• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity matters


• Draft and prepare legal documentation, including contracts and completion statements


• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors


• Carry out searches, submit SDLT returns, and register transactions with the Land Registry


• Ensure all files are maintained in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload


• Excellent communication and client care skills


• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and under pressure


• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
