We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Anchor as a Regional Support Manager! In this dynamic role, you’ll provide vital support to our care homes, empowering Home Managers and the wider care team to deliver exceptional care services. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and create positive change across a thriving region.
What does it mean to be an Anchor Regional Support Manager?
- Support That Makes an Impact – You’ll play a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of care homes within your region, from inductions to service improvement, you’ll be coaching, mentoring and supporting Home Managers to achieve the best outcomes for their teams and residents.
- Leading with Confidence – As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll step in to provide vital leadership where needed, including taking on the role of Registered Manager when required. You’ll lead with a person-centred approach to ensure homes run smoothly and provide outstanding care.
- Every Day is Different – From working with CQC and Local Authorities to supporting marketing initiatives, your days will be varied and rewarding. You’ll troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make key decisions that drive the success of our homes.
- Drive Lasting Change - Partnering with senior leaders, including the Director of Care and District Managers, you’ll be instrumental in improving standards across our region, driving forward operational excellence that lasts.
