Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of primary schools in Birmingham and the surrounding area and supporting with their short-term staffing needs across all year groups.

Are you an ECT looking to build your teaching experience or are you an experienced teacher looking for a better work life balance? If so, daily supply would be a good option for you.

You will have the opportunity to teach in different settings as well as cover a variety of year groups with pupils from a wide demographic background.

You will be expected to adapt to the needs of the school on the day, follow their behaviour policy, cover the days lesson plan and do any marking before you leave.

It is essential that you are confident to build rapport with students quick and uphold effective classroom management.
