SFG20 Asset Analyst

12-month Fixed Term Contract

Join our client's high-performing mobilisation team as a SFG20 Asset Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of asset and contract data on one of the UK’s most significant government facilities management contracts.

Reporting to the Asset Lead within the mobilisation technical team, you will support the rollout of a major government contract by performing detailed technical data reviews.

You’ll ensure all asset information is accurate, compliant with contractual deliverables, and aligned with SFG20 and Uniclass coding standards.

This position will be home-based and suited to someone who enjoys going through lines of data on a daily basis.

What You’ll Need

  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas/functions; Power BI, Power Query, VBA/macros a bonus)
  • Experience handling SFG20 technical hard services data, ideally within FM mobilisation or operational environments
  • Proven understanding of SFG20 and Uniclass asset classification
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Planon, Concerto, Concept, etc.)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to QA and validate large datasets accurately

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing asset and PPM data activities, including the development and oversight of maintenance schedules, procedure steps, and job plans
  • Performing robust QA of asset data submissions to ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and completeness
  • Preparing and validating asset verification templates and PPM planners
  • Maintaining and updating master blueprint templates with strict version control
  • Collaborating with FMS and operational teams to generate locational master data (properties, floors, assets)
  • Ensuring adherence to ISS naming conventions, data standards, and statutory obligations
  • Supporting system integrations, including API use, and engaging stakeholders throughout the mobilisation process
