Have you taken projects from inception to completion? Track record on 10,000 to 75,000 Sq Ft, within the Design and Build Projects?
You understand the importance of working with client and sub-contractors to build strong working relationships.
Do you have track record of delivering successful industrial projects, as a Project Manager?
Ultimately you will understand we need a WIN WIN on site for all parties so everyone makes money and is happy!
If you are highly motivated, have a positive mentality and a demonstrate a strong leadership towards your team. The ability to manage major large scale Industrial projects or multiple projects moving forward, this may well be the perfect fit.
Full responsibility of your site, you'll report directly into the Construction Director. You will have the know how to add value at pre tender stage & executive stage whilst on site. This candidate would be part of an already established team and have aspirations for career development towards directorship.
If you are based in the Midlands and are open to covering projects inline with the business needs, then our client will be keen to engage with you.
