You’ll act as a senior stakeholder and team leader, translating complex analytical findings into meaningful business insight while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end performance reporting, forecasting, and delivery target-setting across the business.

  • Drive long-term performance strategy using evidence-based, data-led insight.

  • Oversee the development of bespoke analysis, forecasting models, and performance tools.

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts.

  • Engage regularly with executive stakeholders, supporting decision-making through impactful storytelling and insight.

  • Foster innovation in performance analysis—leveraging emerging technologies and methods, including AI and automation where appropriate.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong technical foundation in data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.

  • Demonstrated experience developing data-led strategy and delivering improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

  • Proven experience leading analytical teams and managing performance cycles.
