Head of Business Solutions with a strong background in technical program or project management gained working on API focussed programs is sought by a national organisation based in Birmingham
With a company wide transformation project underway that will use the latest technology to automate and streamline both business process and the customer experience this Head of Business Solutions will form part of a newly formed tech C-suite tasked with delivering complex application, API integration and cloud projects to facilitate this business strategy
This role would suit an individual from a program management or technical delivery focused role with a solid technical understanding (API, AWS, Application management) who relishes leading a motivated, highly skilled delivery team to deliver projects of national significance
In return this Head of Business Solutions can expect a clear progression pathway and excellent autonomy within an organisation that promotes employee personal development as the cornerstone of its success
This head of Business Solutions based a commutable distance from Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:
- A strong background in program or technical program management with the ability to review and deliver projects across the portfolio gained with a tech focused organisation
- Technical understanding of API's and AWS to deliver on complex third party integration and cloud infrastructure re-build projects
- Solid board level stakeholder engagement experience
- An understanding of application management would be useful
- Team leadership or management experience
In return this Head of Business Solutions can expect:
- Base salary of £80,000
- Long term hybrid working (one day in the Birmingham office every fortnight)
- 20% bonus scheme
