The Opportunity: We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to champion the Up-Stride brand and drive new business. If you thrive on winning new clients, have a strong network within the SME space (especially engineering and service-based sectors) and want to be rewarded directly for your results, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, approach, and secure new SME clients who can benefit from Up-Stride’s consulting solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with business owners, directors, and decision-makers.
- Explain Up-Stride’s unique value proposition, services, and results-driven approach.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and reporting.
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for potential clients, bringing clarity and credibility to Up-Stride’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the Up-Stride delivery team to ensure a seamless handover post-sale.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales/business development experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
- A proactive self-starter who relishes autonomy and is results-driven.
- Confident and credible communicator, comfortable engaging senior leadership.
- Strong understanding or network within the SME sector, especially engineering or service-led industries, is a plus.

- Ability to work on a commission-only basis as a self-employed contractor.
